Wulan got her master’s degrees from The University of Sydney and Bogor Agricultural University.
Wulan is a programme manager for RISE (Research on Improving System of Education) Programme in Indonesia. Wulan manages, supervises, and monitors the implementation of RISE to ensure successful implementation of the program. She also oversees the operations and human resources in order to achieve quality results in a timely manner, and liaise with government partners.
Prior to joining SMERU, she has worked with various development agencies since 2002, on the issue of gender equality and social inclusion, post conflict management, and water, sanitation and hygiene. She worked in many regions of Indonesia: North Moluccas, Aceh, Central Sulawesi, and Papua. Wulan has eleven years of significant experience in planning, managing and monitoring development assistance project and/or programmes.
